Are you an experienced AC/Refrigeration Engineer looking for a new challenge with a growing and supportive company?
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Engineer to join our expanding team, working across a range of commercial sites throughout London and the surrounding areas.
The duties:
- Carry out PPMs on both Air Conditioning and Mechanical plant, equipment and assets, in particular, AC maintenance.
- Company Van Provided.
- Service, maintenance and repairs to split units, VRV and crack units.
- Assist with any reasonable other requests from the client and site manager.
- Respond timely to any reactive maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including PPM tasks, repairs, and equipment history.
- Utilise diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of malfunctions in both mechanical systems.
- Conduct risk assessments before undertaking maintenance tasks and implement necessary safety measures
Qualifications and experience:
- City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent)
- 3-5 years Facilities Maintenance experience – Essential.
- Strong Multiskilled (HVAC/Air Conditioning/VRV) knowledge, background and experience – Essential.
- F-Gas Category 1 – Essential.
- Air Con maintenance experience – Essential.
- Basic Electrical knowledge and understanding.
