Our Critical Environment business unit delivers a comprehensive range of expert planned preventative and reactive maintenance. Services are offered 24/7, 365 days a year through emergency CAFM based call-out, linked to our Service Centre function and PULSE reporting module. Through Platinum Energy our in-house consultancy service offers optimisation and enhanced Data Led Maintenance support services.

We maintain a wide range of mission critical engineering, including air-conditioning, fire suppression, chilled water systems, Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS), generators, environmental monitoring, management and associated infrastructure.

Platinum understands the importance of delivering within stringent security requirements, balancing impact and engagement with local communities. Specialist technical delivery is achieved through our in-house Platinum Technical team and supported through our valued partners, comprising some of the most respected and innovative experts in their field.

Our Platinum Project team additionally supports capital investment programmes and bolsters mobile and site-based engineering teams’ delivery.
