The Hub Victoria is an innovative new development in the heart of Victoria, offering flexible and stylish workspaces across 3 distinct hubs totalling over 600,000 sq ft.
Platinum was appointed during a major refurbishment at the site whilst it was only part-occupied. Providing M&E services, Fabric services and our innovative Data Led Maintenance (DLM) solution, we provide a dedicated site-based delivery team comprised of engineers, supported by a site-based management team. The team work to the standards of SFG20 for M&E and best practice for Fabric, with a nominated HV Authorised Person on site.
We provide our client with smart building analytics via our DLM services, meaning that they can optimise their energy usage depending on the actual building use. This helps them meet their sustainability commitments and futureproofs their property.
In addition to the above services, Platinum has also supported with significant fit-out projects such as full fire-door upgrades, for which we worked collaboratively with the occupied space to minimise disruption for tenants.
