One Blackfriars is an iconic 52-storey, 170m high tower comprised of high-end apartment buildings, a boutique hotel, a restaurant and retail areas.
Our site-based team of engineers and Louvre engineers provide full management and delivery of M&E alongside the supply of services into the hotel.
In addition, the team are responsible for overseeing the critical and specialist assets such as the building’s unique Louvre system within each of the 274 residential apartments.
