Platinum was initially appointed by Norton Rose Fulbright in 2006, to provide fit-out services to accommodate their 3,800 staff at their 400,000 sq. ft building.
In 2012, we received a 3-year extension to our contract with Norton Rose Fulbright, to provide our Platinum Business Focused Maintenance Service Model – providing additional innovative asset condition-based maintenance, including vibration analysis. We have continued to receive contract extensions, demonstrating the strength of our relationship with our client.
We provide a dedicated site team and site-based management, to provide the full range of M&E services to our client. We ensure that their site remains compliant to the SFG20 standard, providing both condition-based maintenance and fabric maintenance.
Our on-site team includes an Authorised Person for HV, and our team is also responsible for issuing permit to works and managing RAMS and isolations as necessary. We also have dedicated fabric engineers based on site, who are responsible for managing both the internal and external fabric, including Fire Door checks, for which our engineers have achieved a Fire Door diploma.
