Langstone Park, Havant, is a unique major business hub on the South Coast comprising 480,000 sq ft of flexible workspace suitable for R&D, warehouse, laboratories, offices, and data centres.
Platinum provides a full M&E service to meet the client’s requirements, with dedicated site-based team of 7 and dedicated site-based Management to oversee our works.
The site is manned full-time, and we provide SFG20-compliant M&E services as well as Fabric maintenance looking after the internal and external fabrics of the business hub.
In addition, the Langstone Park business hub is currently undergoing major re-development, with demolitions and construction of new units, which Platinum have supported by providing M&E and Fabric services as requested.
We offer our client a flexible approach to work, as we continually adapt our site model to meet the requirements of the changing business hub.
In addition, Platinum is also responsible for managing the Permit to Work system, RAMS and necessary isolations.
