PROJECT DESCRIPTION: M&E service alterations
PROJECT DURATION: 14 weeks
The scope:
Platinum Facilities was appointed by a long-standing client to manage alterations to the building M&E Services, to allow the creation of an agile working environment. The project was across 6 working floors and was completed in 2 phases, each phase consisting of around 5 weeks out of normal working hours
- Mechanical & Electrical isolation, decommissioning and strip out of services.
- New services installed to new open plan work space and collaboration spaces created.
- Public health modifications.
- Modifications to FCU’s ductwork on the landlord’s systems
- Commissioning & testing.
- O&M documentation & record drawings.
- New sprinkler and power installation to bespoke meeting PODs.
- Fire alarm modifications to suit new office layout.
