Management Responsibilities:
Our Senior management team is responsible for establishing and maintaining the health and safety management system, providing necessary resources, and ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to work safely.
Engineers Responsibilities:
Engineers are responsible for monitoring work practices, conducting risk assessments, providing safety guidance to suppliers, and ensuring compliance with our safety protocols.
All employees are expected to follow established safety procedures, report any hazards, participate in safety training, toolbox talks, and take reasonable care to avoid putting themselves or others at risk.
Suppliers Responsibilities:
Suppliers, contractors, and visitors must adhere to the same safety standards while on our clients’ premises. Contractors must also provide evidence of their own health and safety policies and procedures. This is managed via our contractor on boarding process and relevant Safe Systems of Work via task-based RAMS, work, and access permits. Our unique Social Value Partnerships and Sustainable Procurement Charter ensure an even deeper relationship that encourages the best in safety management.
