Enhancing building systems to be more energy efficient
We acknowledge that setting targets is just the start and significant effort is required to deliver on these ambitions, applying renewable energy and technology-based initiatives against the back drops of our 6 chosen SDGs. Our approach to innovation and technology is to move properties to a Data Led Maintenance (DLM) model while reviewing the feasibility to connect the critical site assets via NS/IOT sensors to monitor critical asset performance and to spot asset degradation at the earliest stage supporting digital Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM).
