We are delighted to announce that we have been re-appointed as the M&E service partner at One Bartholomew in London following a competitive re-tender process. The contract is for a further 3 years, with an optional 2 year extension.
Platinum Facilities has been involved with One Bartholomew from practical completion, and we have worked with our client to deliver a high standard of maintenance across the property over the last 3 years.
The new term will be very much focussed on energy and carbon reporting, along with continued development of our team, to ensure we have the best people delivering the best service to this now fully occupied property.
