We have our own in-house Energy & Controls Centre (eCC) which is manned by technically trained BEMS engineers and operates 24/7/365. It offers a triage service that provides technical support to your engineering teams and site staff where a BMS is installed. This service is aimed at business and operational continuity.

Where possible, through remote connectivity to the site BEMS via Team Viewer, the eCC team are able to remotely diagnose the cause of a reported issue, and in the majority of cases, resolve it without the need for site engineer attendance.
