We are delighted to announce that we have been appointed to provide engineering maintenance services at 6 Bevis Marks, a prestigious 160,000 sqft commercial building in the City of London. The BREEAM ‘excellent’ rated building has a mixture of retail and office spaces, over 16 floors.
Platinum Facilities was appointed by Helix Property Advisor, with Focus FM acting as consultants, following a competitive tender process. The team has commenced mobilisation of services, ahead of the 1st July contract commencement.
