Lynsey has over 20 years of experience within Human Resources, working across a range of industries including sales and construction, operating at board level for both SME and FTSE businesses. She is passionate about bringing business strategy to life through its people, attracting and retaining the right talent to ensure a culture of success.
Lynsey will develop our People plan to ensure that talent, capability and culture management are all aligned with Platinum’s strategic objectives and goals. She will be working with the Executive Leadership team to improve the employee lifecycle through people related systems and processes.
