We are delighted to announce that Platinum Facilities has been appointed by Bellrock and Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) to provide mechanical and electrical maintenance services for a London portfolio of 20 properties across the LGIM estate.
The 3 year contract includes The Aircraft Factory Hammersmith, 55 Strand and 120 Aldersgate Street.
