Platinum Facilities is proud to have signed up to the Mental Health At Work Commitment, demonstrating our commitment to wellbeing and improving mental health.
The Mental Health At Work Commitment is a framework which has been developed with the knowledge and expertise of mental health charities, leading employers and trade organisations. It sets out six clear standards based on what best practice has shown is needed to make a difference and better equip employers to create an environment where employees can thrive.
Having embedded the six core standards successfully within the Platinum Facilities business, we are now on a journey, with the support of our employees, to embed the four enhanced standards. Working together, we will help break the stigma surrounding Mental Health.
