We are recruiting for a Contract Support role, working in London. The position provides first line support to clients and colleagues, and you will have an administrative background where you have provided excellent customer service.
You will be undertaking a range of contract support duties, including taking calls/ emails regarding maintenance issues, organising sub contractor visits, ordering parts and materials and preparing reports. You will be using the company systems and trackers for POs, WIP, quotes, PPMs, ensuring that all systems are kept up to date.
You will be proactive with strong administration skills, and experience of the Concept and Nav Dynamics systems is desirable.
