Glen Cardinal, Managing Director of Platinum Facilities, has decided to acquire the business from the owner Roger Feast, who formed Platinum in 2001. Glen has worked in the business for 11 years.
Glen’s holding company ‘Integrated Technical Solutions Group’ acquired the business in May 2019 and has since invested further in the development of its people and services.
Glen and Roger worked through a smooth and no fuss transaction and developed a buy-out solution that caused no disruption to its people, its customers or its brand!
